Subcontractors

Kajima goes through hundreds of bids every year from subcontractors interested in working on our projects. Our regional offices maintain bidder lists for each of the U.S. regions we serve.

If your firm is interested in becoming a regular bidder on any of our projects, you must contact our Pre-construction Managers at the Region(s) you are interested in and provide the following Pre-qualification information:

1. AIA 305 Pre-qualification form
2. Subcontractor Safety and Loss Control Data
   (right click to save form to your hard drive)

Prior to contracting with Kajima, you will be expected to accept the conditions specified in our subcontract agreement. A standard version of this document can be requested by contacting any of our Preconstruction managers listed below. Actual subcontract agreements will vary slightly from state to state.

Please send your company’s qualification information and letter of interest to the Director of Pre-construction at the regional office nearest you.

For your convenience, we have provided an MS Word template of the second form that can be downloaded. You may save this form and e-mail it to the appropriate pre-construction manager when complete. In addition, we will also accept an electronic version (MS Word format only) of the AIA 305 form or hardcopies of both forms. If you would like us to mail you a blank hard copy of the Subcontractor Safety and Loss Control Data, then please indicate so in your letter of interest. These documents must be completed in order for Kajima to consider your bid or proposal.*
